Practice Dashboard

An internal financial and practice dashboard for the firm's director. It pulls read-only data out of the practice-management system into PostgreSQL and turns it into clear, period-labelled reporting the director can open from anywhere.

• [01]Read-only data pipeline from the practice-management SQL Server into PostgreSQL, refreshed automatically several times a day.
• [02]Financial-year and rolling 1/3/6/12-month reporting, with a month picker that re-scopes every page.
• [03]Per-person reporting and daily timesheets for the director.
• [04]AI commentary (Claude API) that writes a plain-English review of the month-by-month report, using anonymised figures only.
• [05]Sign in with Microsoft (Entra ID), plus an in-app allow-list, admin tiers and restricted accounts.
